Dante Sollano Delima
A true-blooded Filipino farmer and seasoned public servant, Mr. Dante Sollano Delima brings decades of frontline agricultural experience to NatureTech. Before founding the company, he served as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Head of the National Rice Program under the Aquino administration — a period during which annual palay production rose from 15.77 million metric tons to nearly 19 million, driven in part by the program's strategic cropping calendar reforms and expansion of irrigated farmlands.
His tenure in government deepened his conviction that the future of Philippine agriculture could not rest on imports, chemical dependency, or short-term fixes. It had to be built on self-reliance — on local knowledge, local resources, and a science that works with nature rather than against it.
That conviction became NatureTech. Mr. Delima led and initiated the development of a full package of natural and biological production inputs using local resources and indigenous knowledge, all in pursuit of a single goal: to support and advance self-reliant agro-industrialization in the Philippines. Through his vision, the NatureTech Soil and Crop Care Package was developed, nurtured, and brought to reality.
Starting as an ambitious new player in a highly competitive industry, NatureTech under Mr. Delima's leadership anchored its first product on the principle that "nature knows best" — micronized minerals sourced from local earth deposits, packaged into an innovation rooted in Filipino soil. A series of field tests and technical discussions followed, leading to the realization that microbes were the missing link. Through strategic networking and team-building around a shared passion for natural agriculture, the full NatureTech product ecosystem was born.
